Who are your typical customers?

We buy single family houses, town homes, duplexes, condos, and apartment buildings.  We buy properties from people who need to sell for any reason, in any area, in any condition, and any price range.  

When you say "any condition", what does that mean?

We will buy your property in as-is condition. We do not require the seller to make any repairs or clean out the property.

How do you figure your offer price?  

When we evaluate properties we look at the location, condition, and comparable sales in the area. Once our offer is accepted we work with the seller to setup the most convient time for settlement.  We can even come to you for the settlement.
